Welcome to the website of R&D Insurance Agents (“R&D,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this site, booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Who we are

R&D is a group of licensed life insurance and annuity agents. We are not a bank, investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or tax adviser. Products, riders, features, and eligibility vary by state and issuing insurance carrier.

2) Informational content — no advice

Content on this site (including articles, tools, calculators, downloads, and videos) is general information only. It is not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Consult your CPA, attorney, or licensed investment professional for advice specific to your situation.

3) Quotes, illustrations, and guarantees

Any quotes, projections, or illustrations are hypothetical and not guarantees of future results. Caps/participation rates, rider terms, charges, and underwriting decisions are set by the issuing carrier and may change. Coverage does not begin until a policy is issued, delivery requirements are satisfied, and the initial premium is received and accepted by the carrier.

Product disclosures:

Indexed crediting uses caps/participation and does not invest directly in an index; results are not guaranteed.
Withdrawals/loans reduce values and benefits and may cause lapse if not managed; loans accrue interest.
Living/accelerated benefits are paid as an advance of the death benefit at a discount, reduce remaining benefits, may be taxable, and are not available in all states or on all policies.
Insurance and annuity products are not FDIC/NCUA insured, not bank-guaranteed, and may have surrender charges and tax penalties where applicable.

4) Eligibility; no solicitation where unlicensed

This site targets U.S. residents. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where we or a carrier are not licensed or authorized.

5) Appointments, bookings, and rescheduling

When you book through the site, you agree to provide accurate information. We may reschedule, refuse, or end a session if we detect misuse or incomplete information. If you cannot attend, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

6) User obligations & acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse forms or interfere with site operations; (b) copy/scrape content; (c) upload unlawful or confidential third-party information; or (d) use the site for illegal solicitations. We may suspend access for violations.

7) Submissions, testimonials, and licenses

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant R&D a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the site and provide services. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

8) Electronic communications & e-signature consent

By using the site, you consent to receive electronic communications (email, SMS/WhatsApp, portal messages). If you e-sign documents, you consent under the E-SIGN Act to transact electronically. You may request paper copies or withdraw consent by contacting us; withdrawal may delay or prevent completion of an application.

9) Calls & texts (TCPA/SMS terms)

By providing a phone number, you agree we (or our service providers) may call or text you about insurance options using live agents, dialers, or automated systems. Message & data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP (or HELP for help) or contacting us at [Support@rdlifeinsuranceagents.com]. We honor federal/state Do-Not-Call rules and our internal DNC list. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10) Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts) is owned by R&D or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written consent.

11) Third-party links & tools

The site may link to third-party websites, booking widgets, maps, or messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

12) Privacy & cookies

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and cookie practices. Please review them to understand how we collect, use, and share information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable under state law.

15) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R&D AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R&D, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

17) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Lee County, Florida for disputes not resolved informally.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
