R&D Insurance Agents (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides life-insurance and annuity consulting and placement. You provide directly: name, email, phone/SMS/WhatsApp, address, preferred language, date of birth, household details (dependents), employment, financial ranges/budgets, beneficiary names, and (if you apply) government identifiers, medical history summaries and prescriptions, lifestyle disclosures (e.g., tobacco), and bank information for premium drafts.
Automatically (site/app): cookies, device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions (including forms and bookings).
From third parties: insurance carriers/IMOs/FMOs, lead vendors (with your consent to be contacted), analytics/ad partners, public sources, and—in underwriting—medical providers with your authorization.

3) SMS/TCPA consent & calls

By submitting your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about insurance options using live agents, dialers, or automated systems. Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help; or contact us at support@rdlifeinsuranceagents.com. We honor federal/state Do-Not-Call rules and internal DNC lists.

4) Cookies, analytics & ads

6) Financial privacy (GLBA) & HIPAA note

If you apply for a financial product (life insurance or annuity), a separate Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) privacy notice from us or the issuing carrier may govern certain uses/disclosures. We are not a HIPAA “covered entity.” Health details you provide are used for insurance underwriting; carriers’ HIPAA policies apply to the medical information they hold.

7) Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. For juvenile policies, a parent/guardian must provide and authorize information.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet regulatory/record-keeping requirements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our business. No system is 100% secure.

10) California privacy rights (CPRA)

We share with service providers/contractors, carriers, and—only for advertising/analytics—limited identifiers (opt-out available). We do not knowingly sell/share the PI of minors under 16.​

 

11) Nevada, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut & other state rights

State laws may provide additional privacy rights (access, delete, correct, opt-out of targeted ads/sale/profiling). You may submit requests using the contact options above. 12) International users (GDPR/UK GDPR)

Our services target U.S. residents. If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal data on bases such as contract, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, client communications).
